I love how Evernote connects to all my devices, allowing me to access and capture information and resources on the go and share them with my teams. If you have never checked out Evernote, check it out here! 4. I have a Premium account on Evernote, which gives me additional features and what feels like a never-ending storage. I use Evernote to stay on track with my to-do lists, resources, tools, guides, notes, client information, schedules, research notes and much, much more. My reminders are set up to remind me about client appointments, trainings, interviews, and other scheduled events. It syncs flawlessly across all my devices and I am in love with the new bold colors. CalendarĪfter years of using Apple’s native app I finally decided to move to Google Calendar. Just by hearing a specific song I immediately know what to do. Here’s my favourite tip: I set up different song as a morning wake up call, for focus time and for break time. My clock helps me be on time all the time. My alarms are set up to start and finish my focus time, to remind me to wrap up my projects, even major appointments. Some are on daily repeat (like my Alarm clock), some are set up for weekdays (10 minute warning for my girls to be out of the door for school), and other for weekends (time to head out the door for church). It comes with me everywhere I go and thanks to some cool productivity apps, it not only saves me time, but also keeps me on track on a daily basis.
